💡 Goal: Come up with a short-mid term strategy to distribute tokens to translators to encourage/incentivize more languages to be completed

Context
- We have 9.5% of tokens allocated for translators to be distributed in the most simple and fair way possible
- We currently have
Goal
- After the book finished, we’d like to have the first 15 total languages(not including Traditional Mandarin) translated in a year after published date to be eligible for this batch of tokens allocated.
Calculation
Tracking
- Tracking can be done manually, any unit smaller than a file can be divided among themselves by community leaders, each fork can compile points distribution of each contributor adding up to 25
Tokenomics
- We want to incentives early contribution and book completion
- After a year, tokens decrease on a bonding curve to incentivize earlier contribution of translations
- Fully completed forks will also get a bonus to incentivize completing the entire book end to end, split among contributors

- Examples
- After each year, completed translation forks will share the total amount allocated by points. For example, if 50 people contributed and 30 chapters are finished, 50 people will split 4% worth of tokens based on everyone’s points distribution
- After each year, completed forks will share the completion bonus allocated. For example if 5 forks completed, they will each split the 1% bonus however the community decides.
